Samantha Micklos

Samantha is an analyst at Housing Gears responsible for day-to-day operations.  She graduated from the University of South Carolina in May of 2021 where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice and political science, graduating with honors.  Samantha previously worked as a manager at GolfDC, a golf course management company, where she led the company’s academy and managed scheduling, customer service and the academy’s team, including golf pros.  Samantha joined the Housing Gear’s team in November 2021.

At Housing Gears, Samantha has significant responsibilities.  She manages the company’s finances.  In addition, Samantha conducts research on a wide variety of mortgage related topics to prepare for cases and client presentations.  Samantha also works on client projects, including projects to develop new products and services for mortgage servicers.  Finally, Samantha runs the company’s property management division, responsible for managing single family properties on behalf of Housing Gears clients.
