Todd Goldwasser

Todd is a consultant for counsel litigating complex structured finance cases, including residential mortgage backed security and collateralized debt obligation disputes.  His expertise includes valuation, causation and damages analyses.  Todd evaluates and helps draft expert witness reports, performs data analysis, advises counsel regarding industry standards and supports counsel in preparing for and conducting depositions.  Todd has worked on more than 60 cases and has an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Cheryl (Chapin) MacNally

Cheryl is a consultant at HarborView Consulting LLC. She has more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including originations, servicing and securitization. Cheryl is an expert in Federal Housing Administration lending programs, including 203K loans, and in reverse mortgages. Cheryl has led teams responsible for post-merger integration, originations and regulatory compliance and she has worked for medium and large mortgage companies, including Wells Fargo. Her accomplishments include making a mortgage firm the leading retail originator of reverse mortgages and facilitating the sale of a reverse mortgage portfolio.

Cheryl has served on the executive board of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA).
